Refund/Return Policy:
All Dent Athletic apparel is custom printed to order. As such, orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please see below regarding some examples of situations where we may be able to assist you with refund or replacement items. Since all of our items are handmade, there may be slight variations between or even within an order.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts provided on our website.
In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted within 8 days of the ship date for Canadian and US orders or within 13 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8 hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend. After this time you order may already be in production and will ineligible for changes or cancellations.
Refund/Replacement Items:
Allowable situations where you may be entitled to refund/replacement include:
- Sewing Imperfections: Should a product have a sewing defect like a hole, caught fabric, or incorrectly secured stitches. A sewing defect is a flaw in the sewing that makes the product unusable for its intended purpose (like wearing).
- Mechanical Flaws: If you receive a product that is flawed mechanically (not a print color issue) please report your concern by the process below.
- Print Color issue: It should be noted that due to the handmade process of each item some slight color variances may occur and are considered normal. However, if your item is clearly printed incorrectly or you receive the wrong print please contact us and we'll see what we can do to resolve your issue.
Reporting Product Issues:
To contact us related to one of the issues above please send us a message via the contact page on our website or email [email protected]. Your initial email should include the following:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your order number
- Which product(s) in your order are affected
We will respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours. We may request additional information from you including photos or other information in order to assess your claim. Ultimately, if we need to go back to the manufacturer to have something remade or replaced we'll likely be required to provide this information to them as part of our claim. Please be advised that in these situations we will need to work with the manufacturer in order to resolve your claim. These processes can take some time while we work as the liaison between you and the production house. Your patience is appreciated while we coordinate your claim.
